Banning those types of guns and getting as many off the street as possible might just help a little bit. Apparently its not hurting anyone and their 2nd amendment.

IMHO you will never see a PRO-GUN person agree to do that for the same reason as you will never se a PRO-CHOISE person come out against Partal-Birth Abortions (they see them giveing an inch and polititions takeing a mile)

I will say that those types of guns would most likly be needed for #1 and #3 of my posted argument against disarming citizans

You have a good point, I personally am not all for partial birth and am kinda torn on it. But again you make a good point, both sides arent so eager to admit things like that.

I see what you are saying, but a lot of "what ifs" IMO. Though it isnt impossible, the odds arent in favor of something like that happening and there would be a need for them. But I just dont want more Columbines happening or officers gunned down with these weapons - well atleast help prevent them somewhat.

Once again if the Gov't decided to take over the country would you want to own a AK-47 or my little girls pink single shot .22 cricket?

Why are you also bringing up a tec-9? It is semi-auto not fully automatic.

Because it was one of the weapons named under the assault weapons ban on 94.

If you were sitting in a library and a guy come in and unloaded, would you rather him have a AK-47 or pink single shot .22 cricket?
IMO my scenario is more likely to happen with an assault weapon.

Did you also agree with the other guns that are listed on there also?
